We are seeking a driven and experienced Electrical Estimator / Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a versatile professional with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in commercial and industrial electrical construction. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of projects from initial bid through completion.
Key Responsibilities

Perform takeoffs and generate estimates using Accubid software

Secure and land jobs through accurate bidding and strong client relationships

Manage awarded projects from pre-construction through closeout

Conduct job walks to evaluate scope, coordinate logistics, and meet with stakeholders

Order materials and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely project execution

Maintain communication with field staff, subcontractors, and vendors

Provide on-site leadership to ensure safety, productivity, and quality control

Ensure projects remain on budget and schedule
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in electrical estimating and project management

Proficiency in Accubid or similar estimating platforms

Strong understanding of commercial and industrial electrical systems

Exceptional organizational and communication skills

Ability to lead field teams and collaborate across departments

Self-starter who is accountable and solutions-focused
Work Environment

Standard schedule: Monday–Friday

Occasional weekend work may be required based on project needs

Field and office-based with regular site visits
Compensation

Competitive pay (based on experience)

In lieu of traditional benefits, a $600 monthly allowance is provided at the end of each month
