You will ensure the ERP count and pricing data is accurate across our 13,000+ SKUs, ensuring our inventory processes are being followed and monitoring transactions to ensure data integrity. This position would also be responsible for ensuring we are maximizing our rental by minimizing our vendor rental (re-rent program). This position requires someone competent in detailed data analysis, and who is able to report information timely and concisely to the leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Managing our annual physical inventory as well as regular cycle counts
- Ensure pricing is up-to-date on our 13,000+ SKUs of inventory and equipment
- Tracking inventory transfers to ensure data integrity
- Manage re-rent program, which includes managing the receipts and returns to vendors. (Re-rent is where we rent from a vendor and then “re-rent” to a customer)
- Monitoring the movement of all inventory and help with efficiency
- Procuring products and working with associates that generate POs
Skills & Previous Experience
- Strong in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, filtering)
- 5+ years of experience in Inventory Control, Price Management, or a related field
- Data Analytics experience
- Database development and querying (SQL) preferred
- Previous Inventory Management and Pricing experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong reconciliation skills – some accounting experience is preferred
