We are seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator in commercial and industrial electrical construction. The ideal candidate has a strong background in design-build estimating, conceptual budgeting, and leading preconstruction efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead preparation of detailed, accurate electrical estimates and bid proposals

Interpret plans, specs, and design documents; perform quantity takeoffs

Manage and review work of junior estimators; provide mentorship

Develop conceptual budgets and design-build estimates from minimal documentation

Interface with clients, vendors, and subcontractors for pricing and scope clarification

Collaborate with project managers for smooth handoff and execution

Participate in contract reviews, scope development, and value engineering
Requirements:

Expert-level knowledge of NEC, local codes, and installation practices

Strong familiarity with Accubid Anywhere or similar software

Proven track record of successful bid wins and budget accuracy

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and related tools

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
