Expected Salary: $90,000 – $160,000
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee commercial and light industrial projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset to ensure each job is executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Core Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of assigned electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout

Conduct job walks to assess project requirements and site conditions

Procure and track materials to ensure timely delivery and installation

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and subcontractors

Provide hands-on leadership to field teams to ensure safety, productivity, and quality

Maintain clear documentation and communication throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications

Proven experience managing commercial and/or industrial electrical projects

Strong understanding of jobsite coordination, construction sequencing, and field operations

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Self-starter with a high level of accountability
Work Schedule

Standard: Monday–Friday

Weekend work required only when projects are behind schedule or operating during weekends
