Bonus: 10% annually

A nationally recognized general contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale K–12 and higher education commercial construction projects. Candidates must have experience building schools and come from a large GC background (e.g., McCarthy, Turner, Gilbane). Candidates with multi-family only experience will not be considered.
Responsibilities:

Manage full project lifecycle: preconstruction through closeout

Ensure schedule, budget, safety, and quality compliance

Lead communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

Supervise and mentor field and office staff

Oversee cost controls, buyout, and risk management

Support strategic planning and operational forecasting
Requirements:

10+ years of commercial GC experience (schools required)

Large general contractor background mandatory

Strong skills in scheduling, cost control, leadership

Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, or similar tools

Bachelor’s in Construction Managment or Engineering preferred
