AV Project Foreman
Ideal Start Date – 01/01/2025

General Tasks/Duties – AV Project Foreman
- Manage site operations for AVL installation projects, from award stage through final project completion
- Management of overall crew and project scheduling for on-time and within budget completion of projects
- Manage the timely submittal of all as-builts update information upon project completion
- Participate in post-mortem meetings at the conclusion of each project
- Coordinate technician staffing, and any associated sub-contractors
- Oversee receiving of equipment for installation projects
- Oversight and implementation of on-site safety programs.
- Coordinate project documentation, including change orders, final submittal and training information.
- Participate in training for key manufacturers, particularly D&B Audiotechnik and any other products that are deemed necessary by the company
- Basic programming and configuration of installed systems as necessary
- Develop new business relationships and revenue streams
- Such other duties as may be determined and assigned by this company.
Qualification and Experience
- CTS-I (or ability to obtain)
- 5 years AV install experience
- 5 years construction project oversight experience
- OSHA 30 (construction) or ability to obtain
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful, high-pressure situations
- Physical Demands: Will frequently lift and move 50–100 lbs.
Schedule / Hours of Work
- Position is based and operated out of Atlanta, GA
- Variable; Weekday is normal business hours; Weekends are scheduled on an as needed basis
- Travel: Less than 40% annually
Compensation / Benefits
- Salary range: $80,000 – $90,000 (DOE), submissions must have salary requirements included.
