Position Summary:
The Electrical Service Manager will oversee all commercial electrical service operations and lead a team of 7 employees (5 field technicians and 2 office staff). This role requires a strong sales mentality to drive growth, alongside managing purchasing, scheduling, and project management for commercial electrical service projects valued up to $300,000.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the Service Department, including 7 employees and 7 service trucks

Oversee all commercial electrical service projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow service business

Handle purchasing and scheduling to optimize operational efficiency

Manage projects up to $300,000 in value, ensuring budget and timeline adherence

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

Maintain a high level of market awareness and identify new business opportunities within Orange County

Provide leadership, coaching, and development to service team members
Qualifications:

Proven experience in electrical service management or related field
