Experience Required: 3 Years
Expected Salary: $130,000 – $140,000
Requirements:
• B.A. or B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager on projects over $25M
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies
• Manage shop drawings and submittal approvals
• Create schedule of values and obtain billing approvals from owner/architect
• Partner with Superintendent to ensure contract conformance
• Oversee project-specific Quality Control Program
• Prepare and manage project budget, change orders, and cost controls
• Maintain required logs, reports, and documentation
• Attend project meetings and final walkthroughs
• Supervise project staff, set expectations, coach, and support development
• Maintain regular worksite presence
• Perform other duties as assigned
