Expected Salary: $130,000
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on projects over $25M
Project Coordination & Safety Responsibilities:
• Enforce safety standards and ensure proper documentation
• Develop and execute pre-job and construction plans
• Create and maintain the Site Utilization Plan
• Manage CPM schedules and update narratives with changes and delays
• Review equipment needs with PM and verify subcontractor progress
• Expedite vendors and subs, resolve field issues, and keep schedule on track
• Maintain timekeeping, labor, and cost records; review reports to manage budgets
• Oversee project Quality Control Program
• Complete all jobsite reporting: daily logs, SOS, unit reports, two-week lookaheads, and schedule updates
• Ensure jobsite cleanliness and orderliness
• Manage and document subcontractor change orders and back-charges
• Lead final project closeout in alignment with contract documents
• Maintain consistent onsite presence
Talent Development & Team Leadership:
• Motivate the team to improve performance and uphold company standards
• Foster a learning environment for team growth and development
• Support onboarding and training of new project team members
• Conduct coaching conversations and performance feedback for direct reports
