Salary: $160,000 – $170,000


Essential Functions:

  • Manage large-scale commercial construction projects from initiation to closeout.

  • Oversee multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and hospitality sectors.

  • Apply expertise in project delivery, contracts, construction methodologies, and compliance.

  • Estimate and manage costs; monitor scheduling and progress.

  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and communicate updates effectively.

  • Proactively identify, resolve, and document project issues.

  • Travel to job sites as required (up to 50%).


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 6–9 years of construction/project management experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field (equivalent experience considered).

  • Certifications preferred: PMP, CCM, MRICS.

  • Strong background in construction means and methods, project delivery types, and contracting vehicles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with other PM software is a plus.

  • Estimating, scheduling, cost control, and project takeoff experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, time management, and client-facing skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Experience in forensic consulting a plus.

  • Marketing and client development capabilities desired.


Physical Requirements:

  • Navigate active construction and existing building sites, including rough terrain.

  • Ascend/descend ladders and stairs; move through confined/narrow spaces.

  • Work in varying weather and temperature conditions.

  • Respond quickly to potential hazards or alerts.

  • Operate computers and office machinery with sufficient visual acuity.

  • Lift items up to 40 lbs (e.g., ladders).

  • Travel in and out of state up to 50%.
