Expected Salary: $160,000 – $170,000

Essential Functions

  • Manage large-scale commercial construction projects through the entire life-cycle.

  • Oversee multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and hospitality projects.

  • Apply deep knowledge of construction methodologies, project delivery, and contracts.

  • Estimate and manage budgets; ensure on-time completion.

  • Coordinate diverse teams across disciplines.

  • Communicate changes, updates, and concerns clearly, both verbally and in writing.

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve project issues.

  • Travel to job sites as needed (up to 50%).


Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • 6–9 years of experience in construction management or related project management roles.

  • Forensic consulting experience is a plus.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn industry-specific software.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a closely related field required (10 years of experience may substitute with a related degree).

  • Preferred certifications: PMP, CCM, MRICS.

  • Experience with estimating, scheduling, cost control, and takeoffs is highly desirable.

  • Strong grasp of construction methodologies, delivery models, and contracting structures.

  • Excellent time management, organizational, presentation, and client relationship skills.

  • Proven leadership in coordinating multi-disciplinary project teams.

  • Marketing and business development experience is beneficial.


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to navigate active construction and existing building sites (including uneven terrain).

  • Capable of ascending/descending stairs and ladders and moving through tight or confined spaces.

  • Responsive to potential hazards (visual and auditory alertness).

  • Ability to work in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, outdoor weather).

  • Operate standard office equipment and read from screens and printed materials.

  • Lift up to 40 lbs (e.g., ladders, materials).

  • Available to travel in and out of state up to 50%.
