Essential Functions

  • Manage large-scale construction projects throughout their entire life cycle.

  • Lead work across various commercial building types including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and hospitality.

  • Apply expertise in construction methodologies, project delivery, and contract management.

  • Estimate budgets, manage costs, and ensure project completion within deadlines.

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary professionals to deliver cohesive project execution.

  • Communicate updates, concerns, and adjustments clearly in both written and verbal form.

  • Identify and resolve construction issues proactively.

  • Travel to project sites as needed (up to 50%).


Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • 6–9 years of experience in construction management or related project management.

  • Forensic consulting experience is a plus.

  • Strong communication and construction management experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new project-specific software.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field (10 years of experience with a related degree may be considered).

  • Preferred certifications: PMP, CCM, MRICS.

  • Strong skills in estimating, scheduling, cost control, and takeoffs are highly valuable.

  • Deep understanding of all construction methodologies, delivery methods, and contract vehicles.

  • Proven ability to manage diverse teams for top-level project results.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with sound decision-making.

  • Excellent organizational and presentation skills.

  • Business development and client marketing experience a plus.

  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 50%.


Physical Requirements

  • Navigate construction sites and uneven terrain safely.

  • Recognize and respond to visual and auditory hazards.

  • Climb ladders and stairs, move through confined/narrow spaces.

  • Work in both indoor and outdoor environmental conditions.

  • Operate computers and standard office equipment.

  • Lift objects up to 40 lbs (e.g., ladders, equipment).

  • Travel regionally and nationally up to 50%.
