Essential Functions

Manage large-scale construction projects throughout their entire life cycle.

Lead work across various commercial building types including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and hospitality.

Apply expertise in construction methodologies, project delivery, and contract management.

Estimate budgets, manage costs, and ensure project completion within deadlines.

Coordinate multidisciplinary professionals to deliver cohesive project execution.
-
Communicate updates, concerns, and adjustments clearly in both written and verbal form.

Identify and resolve construction issues proactively.

Travel to project sites as needed (up to 50%).
Qualifications, Skills & Experience

6–9 years of experience in construction management or related project management.

Forensic consulting experience is a plus.

Strong communication and construction management experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new project-specific software.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field (10 years of experience with a related degree may be considered).

Preferred certifications: PMP, CCM, MRICS.

Strong skills in estimating, scheduling, cost control, and takeoffs are highly valuable.

Deep understanding of all construction methodologies, delivery methods, and contract vehicles.

Proven ability to manage diverse teams for top-level project results.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with sound decision-making.

Excellent organizational and presentation skills.

Business development and client marketing experience a plus.

Must be willing and able to travel up to 50%.
