Expected Salary: $130,000 – $180,000
Project Coordination & Safety
• Maintain safety standards; monitor safety planning, execution, and documentation on the assigned project
• Manage project planning; develop and execute the pre-job plan and construction approach
• Develop and maintain the Site Utilization Plan
• Manage CPM schedule baseline, monthly updates, narratives, and revisions for delays/changes
• Review equipment requirements with the Project Manager
• Monitor subcontractor pay applications to ensure accurate billing for work in place
• Expedite vendors and subcontractors daily/weekly; identify and resolve jobsite issues to maintain schedule
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and cost tracking
• Review weekly labor reports and job cost reports to identify issues and make necessary adjustments
• Lead the project’s Quality Control Program
• Complete and maintain all required jobsite reports: daily logs, SOS, unit reports, two-week lookaheads, and schedule updates
• Keep the site clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Proactively mitigate subcontractor change orders and back-charges; document thoroughly
• Close out projects in full compliance with contract documents
• Maintain consistent, on-site leadership throughout the duration of the project
• Perform other duties as needed
