Expected Salary: $120,000 – $150,000
Key Responsibilities:

Manage new construction, repair, and reconstruction projects across various stages of development

Oversee budgeting, scheduling, estimating, and project delivery
-
Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
-
Develop pre-construction RFP packages and manage procurement processes
-
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and ensure alignment with project goals
-
Resolve project-related issues efficiently and proactively
-
Ensure documentation and reporting are accurate, timely, and aligned with client expectations
-
Travel to job sites as required (up to 50%) to monitor progress and ensure quality standards
Required Qualifications:
-
10+ years of experience in Construction Management or related Project Management
-
Minimum of 5 years leading multi-family residential and/or commercial projects as a Senior PM, Construction Manager, or Director of Construction
-
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science, or a related field
-
Experience working with institutional real estate, asset management, and capital improvement projects
-
Knowledge of construction methods, project delivery systems, permitting, and contracts
-
Ability to manage complex documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, PCOs, and procurement tracking
Preferred Experience:
-
Projects involving LIHTC, public works, historical renovation, redevelopment, or Department of Defense (DoD)

Familiarity with wood-frame and concrete construction and building enclosure systems
-
Existing relationships in Southeast construction markets a plus
Technical Skills:
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)

Experience with MS Project required

Preferred experience with construction tools/software: Procore, Bluebeam, BIM, Buildertrend, Quire, CAD, Stack, CostaX, etc.

Strong project planning, time management, cost control, and scheduling abilities
Certifications (Preferred):

PMP, CCM, MRICS

ICC Inspector Certification, LEED Accreditation

OSHA 30-Hour Certification

Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 40 pounds as needed (e.g., ladders, tools)

Work in varying outdoor weather conditions or unconditioned spaces

Operate standard office equipment with appropriate visual acuity
