This Company is looking to hire a Vice President to help lead, develop and manage client programs within the Food and Beverage industry. The right candidate will have proven knowledge and experience with operational and manufacturing processes common within the food and beverage industry. The individual will leverage industry knowledge and experience to help establish and manage program management teams providing consulting services ultimately leading to design and construction contracts. Although it would be beneficial to have the individual relocate to Boise, ID, we would be willing to entertain any viable candidate as long as their willing to travel to Boise, ID as necessary.

JOB DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Lead and grow program management team to achieve strategic goals, financial objectives, and other key performance indicators
  • Demonstrate strong industry knowledge, market, client, competitor and trend analysis for the national direction, strategies and differentiation of corporate services and solutions
  • Advance comprehensive solution offering as a value proposition and key differentiator within the marketplace
  • Exemplify core values while driving growth and prominence within vertical market
  • Lead, manage and be accountable for the organization to maintain positive employee engagement and high client satisfaction
  • Participate in the overall leadership of the company as part of the Leadership Team
  • Develop executive relationships with clientele and senior management of industry partners
  • Provide leadership of functional experts to develop and deliver day to day activities needed to execute on the nationwide market segment strategies and customer solutions
  • Build upon the current personnel resources by contributing significantly with the recruiting process
  • Drive profitable business growth (project structuring, pricing models, contract negotiations, etc.) in alignment with corporate strategies, risk tolerance, and business plans
  • Set, measure and achieve ambitious growth and profit goals, including measurable and achievable KPI’s

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated operational leadership of organization(s) providing services and solutions to food manufacturing companies spanning multiple segments and geographies
  • Proven executive-level client relationships, sustained over time and multiple projects
  • Ability to set vision and execute even through uncertain situations
  • Strong business acumen using data objectively to make informed and well-reasoned decisions
  • Strong organizational, time management and attention to detail skills
  • Previous P & L responsibilities with proven experience managing successful performance
  • Pursues continuous learning and conveys clear values and priorities
  • Understands how to motivate individuals and teams positively through personal example
  • Experience managing F&B projects at executive level valued in excess of $50M
  • Ability to travel as necessary to engage with clients during the sales cycle and subsequent customer relationship opportunities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or other closely related and relevant field experience
  • 15 + years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with no less than 5+ years in a senior management role
