Salary
Up to $145,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Experience Required

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in construction estimating and/or project management

Experience with design-build delivery methods is highly preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field required
Location
Issaquah, Washington
This position requires the team member to be physically located in the Issaquah, WA office. Travel and overtime will be required.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Review drawings, specifications, and project data to determine material and labor requirements

Prepare detailed, itemized cost estimates for construction projects

Compute cost factors and develop estimates used for:

Project planning, organizing, and scheduling

Competitive bids and proposals
-
Change order pricing
-
Vendor and subcontractor agreements
-
Cost-effectiveness analysis
-

Conduct special studies to establish standard labor hours and cost data and identify cost-reduction opportunities

Consult with owners, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to develop accurate estimates and resolve issues

Support preconstruction and project execution teams as needed
Supervisory Responsibilities

May provide oversight and direction to project support team members
