Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading, fully integrated design-build organization working on large-scale commercial construction projects.

This is a high-visibility role where you’ll take ownership of projects from preconstruction through completion—working closely with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do

Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning through execution and closeout.

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Develop and maintain project schedules to keep construction aligned with timelines.

Oversee project budgets, financial reporting, and cost control.

Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and vendors.

Review and approve payment applications and manage change orders.

Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure project success.

Prepare and present project status reports, including progress, financials, and forecasts.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on all job sites.

Review shop drawings and submittals for accuracy and scope alignment.


What We’re Looking For

5–10 years of experience in construction management.

3–5+ years managing commercial or “big box” retail construction projects preferred.

Proven experience as a Lead Project Manager on construction projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control.

Experience with AIA billing and project financial reporting preferred.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
