Position Overview
We’re seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, complex construction projects (typically $75M+) within a top-tier design-build environment.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple projects or a single large, complex build—driving performance across financials, scheduling, risk management, and team leadership. You’ll serve as a key decision-maker and primary point of contact, ensuring projects are delivered successfully from concept through completion.

What You’ll Do
Lead overall execution of large-scale or multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Oversee project administration, including meetings, reporting, documentation, and workflow continuity.
Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with execution strategy and contractual obligations.
Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies across safety, quality, and performance.
Negotiate and oversee subcontractor and vendor agreements.
Ensure timely processing of change orders, billing, and financial reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, design, field operations) to drive project success.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and communication.
Mentor and develop project teams, fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of experience in construction management.
Proven experience leading large-scale ($75M+) or highly complex construction projects.
Minimum 5 years of profit & loss accountability across multiple projects.
Experience managing design-build or hard bid projects.
Strong understanding of multiple contract types (lump sum, GMP, cost-plus, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to improve project profitability and manage financial performance.
Experience coordinating engineering, design, and construction disciplines.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop teams.
Ability to manage complex schedules, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
