We’re seeking a highly accomplished Civil Site Engineering Leader to serve as the market-facing figurehead for a growing practice in the Los Angeles area.

What You’ll Do
Lead civil site design and permitting across a diverse portfolio, including residential, mixed-use, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
Own and grow key client relationships, driving business development and revenue generation.
Oversee the full project lifecycle—from concept and entitlement through design, approvals, and construction support.
Serve as a visible market leader, representing the firm with both technical expertise and business acumen.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing civil engineering team.
Shape hiring strategy, team structure, and day-to-day operations for the local practice.
What We’re Looking For
15+ years of experience in civil/site engineering with a strong focus on land development.
Proven Seller–Doer with an established book of business in the Los Angeles market.
Demonstrated success in leadership, team building, and mentoring.
Strong technical expertise in civil site design, permitting, and project execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
