Position Overview
A Commercial/Industrial Electrical Contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to support large-scale electrical construction projects. Current work includes data centers, commercial developments, and industrial facilities with substantial long-term project volume.
This position is responsible for preparing complete and accurate electrical estimates, reviewing project documents and specifications, coordinating vendor pricing, and supporting bid and preconstruction efforts for complex electrical construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed electrical estimates and quantity takeoffs
- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications
- Develop accurate project pricing and bid proposals
- Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations
- Coordinate bid documentation and estimating RFIs
- Support preconstruction and estimating strategy efforts
- Maintain project cost data and estimating records
- Assist with turnover meetings between estimating and operations teams
- Coordinate with project managers, field teams, vendors, and clients
- Manage multiple estimates and bid deadlines simultaneously
- Attend job walks and pre-bid meetings as required

- Experience estimating commercial or industrial electrical construction projects

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience working with vendors and subcontractors
- Familiarity with estimating software and construction management platforms preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team
