Expected Salary: $160,000 – $170,000

Essential Functions

  • Manage large-scale construction project(s) through the full lifecycle.

  • Oversee commercial projects including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and hospitality sectors.

  • Apply deep knowledge of construction methodologies, project delivery methods, and contracts.

  • Estimate budgets, control costs, and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary professionals and consultants effectively.

  • Clearly communicate project updates, changes, and concerns—verbally and in writing.

  • Proactively identify and resolve field or process-related issues.

  • Travel to job sites as needed (up to 50%).


Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • 6–9 years of experience in construction management or construction-related project management.

  • Experience as a forensic consultant is advantageous.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn additional project-related software.

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a closely related field.

    • Note: Candidates with a related degree and 10+ years of relevant experience may also be considered.

  • Preferred certifications: PMP, CCM, or MRICS (Project Management).

  • Expertise in estimating, scheduling, cost control, and takeoffs is highly valued.

  • In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, delivery methods, and contracting vehicles.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead interdisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.

  • Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent organizational and client-facing presentation skills.

  • Business development experience is a plus.

  • Willingness and flexibility to travel.


Physical Requirements

Candidates should be able to:

  • Navigate construction and building sites with uneven or rough terrain.

  • Recognize and respond to hazardous conditions or urgent situations.

  • Ascend/descend ladders and stairs safely.

  • Enter confined spaces and move through narrow areas.

  • Work in outdoor or unconditioned environments when needed.

  • Operate a computer and other standard office equipment with adequate visual acuity.

  • Lift up to 40 lbs (e.g., ladders, equipment).

  • Travel up to 50% of the time, both in and out of state.
