Essential Functions

Manage large-scale construction project(s) through the full lifecycle.

Oversee commercial projects including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and hospitality sectors.

Apply deep knowledge of construction methodologies, project delivery methods, and contracts.

Estimate budgets, control costs, and ensure deadlines are met.

Coordinate multidisciplinary professionals and consultants effectively.
-
Clearly communicate project updates, changes, and concerns—verbally and in writing.

Proactively identify and resolve field or process-related issues.
-
Travel to job sites as needed (up to 50%).
Qualifications, Skills & Experience

6–9 years of experience in construction management or construction-related project management.
-
Experience as a forensic consultant is advantageous.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn additional project-related software.

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a closely related field.

Note: Candidates with a related degree and 10+ years of relevant experience may also be considered.

Preferred certifications: PMP, CCM, or MRICS (Project Management).

Expertise in estimating, scheduling, cost control, and takeoffs is highly valued.

In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, delivery methods, and contracting vehicles.

Demonstrated ability to lead interdisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.

Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational and client-facing presentation skills.

Business development experience is a plus.

Willingness and flexibility to travel.

Operate a computer and other standard office equipment with adequate visual acuity.

Lift up to 40 lbs (e.g., ladders, equipment).
