What You’ll Do
Lead the development of accurate, competitive electrical estimates for a wide range of projects.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and project data to determine labor, material, and overall cost requirements.
Support bid strategy, budgeting, and cost planning efforts across multiple projects.
Prepare and manage estimates for bids, change orders, and subcontractor/vendor negotiations.
Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to refine scope and resolve project challenges.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to value engineering efforts.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
5+ years of experience in electrical estimating or project management.
Experience with design-build projects strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction systems, drawings, and cost structures.
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
