Prepare and present key project reports (progress, financials, schedules, and status updates).
Maintain organized project documentation and job files.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on job sites.
Support overall team leadership and contribute to a collaborative project environment.

Experience supporting projects in a Project Manager I role or equivalent, or successfully managing multiple projects at that level.

Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and project documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction-related software/tools.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
