You’ll oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are not just met, but exceeded. You’ll work directly with clients, design teams, engineers, and subcontractors, guiding each phase from concept to completion with clear communication and decisive leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of hospital and school construction projects.

  • Keep projects on track—managing schedules, financial goals, and profitability targets.

  • Handle proposed and approved change orders to ensure scope and budget integrity.

  • Serve as the go-to contact for clients, contractors, and design partners.

  • Monitor progress and produce clear, actionable project status reports.

  • Resolve escalated challenges quickly and effectively.

  • Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.

  • Champion a culture of integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent work experience.

  • 5–7+ years of project management experience in construction, with a proven track record in hospital or school builds.

  • Expertise in construction processes, industry standards, and change order management.

  • Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to bring stakeholders together toward a common goal.
