As Project Executive, you will be the strategic driver behind project success — guiding project managers, aligning resources, and ensuring that every job meets our exacting standards for safety, quality, budget, and schedule.

What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor a team of project managers and support staff across multiple concurrent electrical projects.

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Solar PV, battery system, and other advanced electrical projects.

Drive strategic planning and resource allocation to meet project and portfolio objectives.

Foster collaboration between stakeholders — including clients, designers, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Monitor budgets, schedules, and project scopes to ensure targets are met and exceeded.

Provide technical and managerial oversight to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Maintain a relentless focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in electrical construction, with at least 5 years managing project teams.

Proven track record in Solar PV project delivery; experience with battery systems and photovoltaics is highly valued.

Strong understanding of electrical construction processes, codes, and industry standards.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
