We’re looking for a seasoned leader to take the helm of a diverse portfolio of electrical projects, with a strong emphasis on Solar PV, battery systems, and cutting-edge photovoltaic technology. As Project Executive, you will be the strategic driver behind project success — guiding project managers, aligning resources, and ensuring that every job meets our exacting standards for safety, quality, budget, and schedule.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers and support staff across multiple concurrent electrical projects.

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Solar PV, battery system, and other advanced electrical projects.

  • Drive strategic planning and resource allocation to meet project and portfolio objectives.

  • Foster collaboration between stakeholders — including clients, designers, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

  • Monitor budgets, schedules, and project scopes to ensure targets are met and exceeded.

  • Provide technical and managerial oversight to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

  • Maintain a relentless focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in electrical construction, with at least 5 years managing project teams.

  • Proven track record in Solar PV project delivery; experience with battery systems and photovoltaics is highly valued.

  • Strong understanding of electrical construction processes, codes, and industry standards.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and lead teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • No vehicle or vehicle allowance is provided for this position.

  • Occasional travel to project sites may be required.
