$117,000 – $198,000, depending on experience and project size

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the administrative, financial, and coordination aspects of assigned electrical construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with customer expectations.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset while working closely with field leadership and project teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain final accountability for all administrative duties on assigned projects

  • Interface with customers and internal teams on major administrative and project matters

  • Follow up with customers on payment status and collections

  • Prepare project budgets and break down labor task codes for internal cost tracking

  • Prepare, review, and negotiate change orders

  • Prepare and review monthly job cost projections and forecasts

  • Prepare RFIs and track and document responses

  • Prepare, submit, and track product submittals

  • Direct purchasing of major materials, equipment, and subcontracted scopes

  • Attend jobsite meetings as required and walk projects with foremen at least weekly

  • Establish, track, and maintain project schedules; resolve conflicts and sequencing issues

  • Assist field leadership with construction methods and material selection


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong technical understanding of electrical construction materials and installation methods

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Customer-focused with a team-oriented attitude

  • Dependable and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Ability and willingness to travel or drive long distances as required

  • Field experience is a plus, but not required
