Salary Range
$90,000 – $160,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Position Summary
The Electrical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing electrical construction projects from start to finish. Projects include a mix of commercial and select industrial work, with responsibilities spanning field coordination, material procurement, scheduling, and leadership of project teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, hands-on project oversight, and the ability to lead teams to successful project completion.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

Conduct job walks to evaluate scope, progress, and field conditions

Coordinate and order materials and equipment required for each project

Lead and support field teams to ensure productivity, quality, and safety

Monitor schedules, budgets, and project milestones

Communicate effectively with field personnel, vendors, and internal stakeholders

Identify and resolve project issues to keep work on track

Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within scope
