Position Summary
The Senior Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing large-scale construction projects through the full project lifecycle. Projects include commercial building types such as multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and hospitality. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Manage large-scale construction project(s) from preconstruction through closeout

Apply knowledge of construction methodologies, project delivery methods, and contract structures

Estimate, manage costs, and ensure projects meet established deadlines

Coordinate teams of professionals across multiple disciplines

Communicate project updates, changes, risks, and concerns clearly in written and verbal formats
-
Identify, analyze, and resolve project issues efficiently
-
Travel to job sites as required, up to 50%
Qualifications, Skills & Competencies

Strong commercial construction experience

Consulting experience, including forensic construction work, is a plus

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Senior-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new project-related software

Safety oversight

Estimating, scheduling, cost control, and project takeoffs

Physical Requirements
