Expected Salary: $125,000 – $175,000
We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Regional Project Manager to join our Atlanta-based team. This role will support a wide range of construction projects across the Southeastern U.S., including Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi. The position requires both strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities

Lead multiple construction, repair, and reconstruction projects throughout the full project lifecycle.

Estimate project costs, develop and manage budgets, and ensure projects meet deadlines and objectives.

Prepare and manage pre-construction RFP packages.

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and maintain continuous communication with stakeholders.

Travel to job sites as needed (estimated 15%–50% of the time).

Identify, document, and resolve construction-related issues.

Maintain clear documentation of updates, changes, and concerns.

Oversee project elements such as submittals, RFIs, RFPs, procurement, change orders, and safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills

10+ years of experience in Construction or Project Management, including 5+ years in multi-family projects in roles such as Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, or Director of Construction.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science, or related field.

Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following markets is preferred: Multi-Family, Commercial, Asset Management, Historical Renovations, CAPX, LIHTC, DOD, Public Works.

Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and MS Project (including advanced functions like VLookups and Pivot Tables).

Experience with construction-related software such as Bluebeam, CAD, BIM, Procore, Buildertrend, or equivalent.

Strong understanding of construction methods, site development, jurisdictional permitting, and project delivery methods.

Ability to coordinate and lead diverse professional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; bilingual is a plus.

PMP, CCM, MRICS certification or other relevant credentials are preferred.

OSHA 30 certification and ICC Inspector certification are a plus.
