Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical construction projects. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations across assigned projects, ensuring performance in safety, quality, budget, and schedule. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and hands-on experience in commercial or industrial electrical construction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of electrical construction projects, from kickoff through closeout.

  • Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and clients to ensure project alignment and smooth execution.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budget forecasts, procurement plans, and progress reports.

  • Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to identify scope, deliverables, and risks.

  • Process and negotiate change orders, RFIs, submittals, and other project documentation.

  • Monitor field productivity and project performance to ensure adherence to project goals and company standards.

  • Work closely with superintendents and foremen to maintain project timelines and resolve on-site challenges.

  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and client billing.

  • Attend project meetings and represent the company professionally with clients and stakeholders.

  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 1-2 years of experience in electrical construction project management.

  • Solid understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, NEC, and construction practices.

  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and vendors.

  • Proficient in construction management tools such as Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam.

  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects (e.g., data centers).

  • OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training.

  • Experience working in a design-build or fast-track environment.
