Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical construction projects. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations across assigned projects, ensuring performance in safety, quality, budget, and schedule. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and hands-on experience in commercial or industrial electrical construction.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of electrical construction projects, from kickoff through closeout.

Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and clients to ensure project alignment and smooth execution.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budget forecasts, procurement plans, and progress reports.

Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to identify scope, deliverables, and risks.

Process and negotiate change orders, RFIs, submittals, and other project documentation.

Monitor field productivity and project performance to ensure adherence to project goals and company standards.

Work closely with superintendents and foremen to maintain project timelines and resolve on-site challenges.

Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and client billing.

Attend project meetings and represent the company professionally with clients and stakeholders.

Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

1-2 years of experience in electrical construction project management.

Solid understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, NEC, and construction practices.

Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and vendors.

Proficient in construction management tools such as Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam.

Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects (e.g., data centers).

OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training.

Experience working in a design-build or fast-track environment.
