$168,000 – $250,000, based on experience and project size

Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead large, complex electrical construction projects. This role carries full administrative and financial accountability and requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and customer-facing skills.
The ideal candidate excels in managing teams, driving project performance, and maintaining control over cost, schedule, and quality from project award through closeout.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage project engineers and support staff

Maintain final accountability for all administrative aspects of assigned projects

Interface with customers and internal teams on major administrative and project issues

Monitor customer payment status and assist with collections follow-up

Prepare and manage project budgets, including labor task code breakdowns for internal tracking

Prepare, review, and negotiate change orders

Develop and review monthly project forecasts and job cost projections
-
Prepare RFIs and track responses and documentation
-
Prepare, submit, and track product submittals

Direct purchasing of major equipment, materials, and subcontracted scopes

Attend jobsite meetings as required and walk projects with foremen at least weekly

Establish, maintain, and update project schedules; resolve conflicts and sequencing issues

Assist field leadership with construction methods and material selection
