Position Overview

Seeking a motivated Electrical Project Engineer to support project management and field operations on electrical construction projects. This role focuses on documentation, cost tracking, scheduling support, and coordination between the office and field teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and accurately.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically knowledgeable, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, submit, and track product submittals

  • Assist with preparation and review of change orders in coordination with the Project Manager

  • Prepare project budgets and break down labor task codes for internal cost tracking

  • Prepare RFIs and track responses and documentation

  • Assist the Project Manager with schedule review, updates, and analysis

  • Support foremen with construction methods, material coordination, and problem resolution


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong technical understanding of electrical construction materials and installation methods

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong collaboration skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Highly dependable and customer-focused

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Ability and willingness to travel or drive long distances as required
