  • Experience supporting field operations, safety, payroll, or project administration is a plus


Position Overview

Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Field Office Coordinator to support jobsite operations and project administration. This role is essential in maintaining accurate documentation, supporting field leadership, and ensuring smooth coordination between the field, office, and payroll teams.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain as-built and record drawings within the electronic document control system

  • Assist Foreman and Safety personnel with new-hire paperwork, orientations, and training documentation

  • Distribute and manage jobsite correspondence, including copying and emailing scheduled updates

  • Support material handling documentation, including filing and follow-up on backorders

  • Assist the QA/QC Manager with filing and document organization

  • Maintain state licensing and training records for field personnel

  • Assist with timekeeping and payroll-related documentation for field employees

  • Track tool inventory, including orders, returns, damaged, or missing tools

  • Complete daily job journals with input from field leadership

  • Assist with manual checks, termination paperwork, and submit required documentation to payroll


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills

  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to improving processes

  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Dependable with strong attention to detail
