We’re seeking a high-performing Sales Account Executive to drive revenue growth and expand market presence within the midstream energy and C&I power sectors.
This is a strategic, relationship-driven role focused on developing new business, engaging executive-level stakeholders, and delivering innovative, zero-emission energy solutions. You’ll play a key role in helping clients improve energy efficiency, resilience, and sustainability across critical infrastructure.

What You’ll Do
Business Development & Pipeline Growth
Build and expand a strong pipeline of opportunities within midstream, power generation, and data center markets.
Leverage industry relationships to generate leads and grow market presence.
Engage with C-suite and senior leadership to develop long-term strategic partnerships.
Consultative Solution Selling
Lead client discussions to understand needs around uptime, resilience, and emissions reduction.
Position advanced energy solutions (microgrids, DER, VPP, and related technologies).
Develop compelling proposals, including ROI models, cost-benefit analysis, and implementation strategies.
Contracting & Deal Execution
Lead contract negotiations and close high-value, long-term deals.
Build and manage relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, legal, and operations teams to execute deals.
Market Leadership
Stay ahead of industry trends, including regulatory and technological developments.
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
Act as a thought leader in energy transition and sustainability solutions.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of B2B sales experience within energy, data centers, or critical infrastructure.
Strong background in midstream, utilities, IPP, or energy technology solutions.
Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals and building executive relationships.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Energy-related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
Deep understanding of microgrids, renewable integration, DER, and energy transition technologies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
