Salary Range
$75,000 – $100,000, based on experience and role level.
Experience Required

1–5+ years of experience in electrical construction, construction management, or a related field

Field experience on commercial or industrial construction projects preferred
Location
Primary jobsite will be at the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center (TRIC) for a minimum of one year.
Occasional travel to an office location in Carson City may be required; daily office presence is not expected.
Position Summary
This role supports the successful execution of a large-scale electrical construction project. The Assistant Project Manager / Project Engineer / Field Engineer will work closely with the Project Manager (PM), Project Engineer (PE), and General Foreman (GF) to ensure the project is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
The Assistant Project Manager will also support and work within this position as part of the project team.
Key Responsibilities

Assist the Project Engineer, Project Manager, and General Foreman with quantity tracking and reporting

Support preparation and processing of RFIs at the direction of the PE or GF

Assist Project Engineers with Procore project management and documentation

Walk the jobsite with the General Foreman to determine percentage of work completed

Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

Assist with preparation of design drawings, pull plans, working drawings, and as-built (installed) drawings

Obtain quotations and proposals for equipment and materials

Initiate field purchase requisitions under direction of the GF or PM

Prepare quantity takeoffs for field-purchased materials and equipment

Coordinate with field crews, vendors, and project leadership to support efficient operations
