$140,000 – $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Role is managed from a corporate office in Issaquah, WA and supports nationwide construction projects. Extensive travel is required.
Experience Required

10+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction project management

Proven experience managing large-scale, ground-up warehouse or big-box retail projects

Experience overseeing projects on a national program or multi-site rollout strongly preferred
Position Summary
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of large-scale construction projects across the United States. This role oversees projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance objectives are met. The position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across geographically diverse locations.
Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple ground-up warehouse construction projects nationwide

Lead projects from preconstruction planning through final closeout

Develop and control project budgets, schedules, and forecasting

Oversee contract administration, change management, and risk mitigation

Coordinate design, procurement, logistics, and construction activities

Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Serve as the primary liaison between ownership, design teams, and internal leadership

Lead, mentor, and support project teams including Project Managers, Engineers, and Superintendents

Conduct regular site visits and executive-level progress reviews

Manage project closeout, commissioning, and turnover processes
