Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Electrical Project Manager to oversee the direction, completion, and financial performance of complex electrical construction projects. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can manage multiple small to medium projects (ranging from $10 million to over $50 million) or a single large-scale project (ranging from $50 million to $150 million+), specifically within the data center market segment.

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead internal teams and collaborate with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver high-quality electrical projects on time and within budget. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring project managers and assistants while championing innovation, safety, and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project objectives, establish policies and procedures, and ensure alignment with corporate standards.

  • Lead and supervise project managers and project assistants, promoting company systems and best practices.

  • Negotiate and manage all change orders and contract modifications.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation including logs and reports.

  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution of electrical construction.

  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and field operations in collaboration with onsite teams.

  • Investigate challenges and implement timely corrective actions.

  • Represent the project at meetings with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

  • Manage all financial aspects including cost reporting, billing, and forecasting.

  • Foster a culture of innovation and prefabrication to enhance project delivery.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in electrical or general construction project management, preferably with an MEP focus.

  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop project teams.

  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and industry standards.

  • Strong financial acumen, including forecasting and budgeting experience.

  • Experience with data center or large-scale commercial projects preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Oracle, ACC Build, Accubid a plus.

  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across various teams and stakeholders.

  • High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to safety protocols.


Travel Requirements:

  • 100% travel required based on project location.


Working Conditions:

  • Work will take place on active construction sites and/or in office environments.

  • Must be able to sit, walk, and stand for extended periods, and occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.

  • Job sites may have variable noise levels and environmental conditions.
