General Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in metal stud framing, drywall, and specialty subcontracting trades. This position plays a pivotal role in managing interior and exterior finish scopes across commercial projects. Ideal candidates will possess a balance of technical construction knowledge, people skills, and a passion for delivering quality projects on time.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of assigned construction projects from preconstruction to closeout

Oversee project scopes including metal framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, painting, plaster, EIFS, and specialty finishes

Coordinate field operations, schedules, materials procurement, and subcontractor performance

Communicate effectively with clients, GCs, field superintendents, and office personnel

Utilize project management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, Timberline

Ensure adherence to project budgets and schedules

Conduct regular site visits including travel to Reno every two weeks

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of job progress, RFIs, change orders, etc.

Collaborate closely with leadership to uphold company standards and performance expectations
Preferred Qualifications

5–10 years of project management experience in specialty subcontracting (metal framing, drywall, etc.)

Familiarity with OST, Quick Bid, and general estimating processes is a plus

Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills

Experience using PlanGrid, Procore, and Timberline software

Highly motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented

Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining focus on quality and deadlines
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $120,000+ (DOE)
