General Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in metal stud framing, drywall, and specialty subcontracting trades. This position plays a pivotal role in managing interior and exterior finish scopes across commercial projects. Ideal candidates will possess a balance of technical construction knowledge, people skills, and a passion for delivering quality projects on time.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of assigned construction projects from preconstruction to closeout

  • Oversee project scopes including metal framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, painting, plaster, EIFS, and specialty finishes

  • Coordinate field operations, schedules, materials procurement, and subcontractor performance

  • Communicate effectively with clients, GCs, field superintendents, and office personnel

  • Utilize project management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, Timberline

  • Ensure adherence to project budgets and schedules

  • Conduct regular site visits including travel to Reno every two weeks

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of job progress, RFIs, change orders, etc.

  • Collaborate closely with leadership to uphold company standards and performance expectations


Preferred Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of project management experience in specialty subcontracting (metal framing, drywall, etc.)

  • Familiarity with OST, Quick Bid, and general estimating processes is a plus

  • Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills

  • Experience using PlanGrid, Procore, and Timberline software

  • Highly motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented

  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining focus on quality and deadlines


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $120,000+ (DOE)

  • Quarterly Bonus Program tied to performance and project completion

  • Auto Allowance: $100/week + company gas card
